Canada is one of the countries with outstanding natural beauty. The inlets, the lakes, the rivers, the mountains. The vast landscapes that Canada has are truly breathtaking. When I was in Canada, I felt like I was amongst the most breathtaking and fabulous scenery the world has to offer.
My journey started from Vancouver, a coastal city located in the lower mainland of southwestern British Columbia, Canada.
The beautiful False Creek, a short inlet in the heart of Vancouver.
Taking a mini ferry ride on False Creek.
Having fun in Salmon Arm Pier.
Settling down in Prestige Waterfront.
A virtual cookies for you if you can guess the name of this vegetable.
My open chair tickets to the summit.
Taking an open chair ride to the top of the mountain.
Riding the chair was a bit scary but fun experience.
Arriving at the top.
Peyto Lake. The lake resembles a fox from a far.
Lake Louise, often known as the "Jewel of the Rockies", is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen.
The magnificent view of the mountains surrounding the emerald color of the lake managed to captive my heart.
Strolling down the Caribou Street, Banff.
Much to my surprise, there were lots of Japanese people in Banff. Even some of the shop assistants could speak Japanese.
Bus Parking Only
Feeling cold in Columbia Icefield.
The Columbia Icefield is an icefield located in the Canadian Rockies. The icefield lies partly in the northwestern tip of Banff and the southern end of Jasper National Park. You could walk on top of the ice field and drink some fresh mountain water.
That's the end of my trip. See you on the next post !
